USB Block-Unblock

Bot reads the ticket from BMC Remedy, connects to Trend Micro to block/unblock USB for the Computer (hostname) mentioned in the request. Furthermore, it can also unblock USB for a pre-determined time and then block it after the approved duration has exceeded.
