Bot reads the ticket from BMC Remedy, connects to the reported failed router, Single Link or Dual Link, and checks if it is actually down or it is a minor network blip. The Bot runs a few pre-determined commands and records the output into an email to the Network operations team. If the Link is responding it closes the tickets with output in Remedy work notes.
